Garden Open Day, Sunday, June 26th, 2022

Mill Pond Garden celebrates high summer flowers on Sunday, June 26, 2022 from 10 AM to Noon.

The Garden will feature the glorious flowering shrubs, Hydrangeas and Crape myrtles, perennials like Monarda, Lythrum, Lilies, and Phlox, with butterflies, frogs, turtles, Koi fish, pollinators, and birds among the many water features, flowering plants, and vistas over the beautiful Red Mill Pond.

The new epiphyte garden, a rare botanical experience, rarely constructed in public gardens, is displaying the tropical plants that grow on tree limbs in the canopy of North American jungles from the southern states of the USA to Central America including colorful orchids, ferns, Bromeliads including Tillandsia (air plants) and Spanish moss.

Bags of composted horse manure are for sale at $20.

One $15 ticket admits one car with up to six visitors.

No refunds.  Tickets can be gifted.
